Review of your IT Contracts

Do you have an IT contract expiring or ending it contract term?

Most IT Contracts are signed for periods of 1, 2, 3, or 5 years. At the end of that contract period, you are free to find another solution provider for that service. If you take no action the contract usually automatically renews on a month-month basis. This can mean a few different things;

  • The service(s) continue with floating rates
  • The service(s) continues with the same prices
  • The service(s) continue with new rates
What the vendor will not tell you is now is a good time to check around for better pricing or service. Prices for many services tend to drop over time, this include bandwidth (Fiber/Copper). The vendor/provider of these services are more than willing to let you continue your service at the higher rate and will not call you to say you can reduce your bill by getting new quotes. We can help you with this contract review process.
